Dr. Singh is a board certified General Surgeon. He received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from University of Wisconsin. He completed his residency in General Surgery at Ohio State University. He has over twenty years of surgical experience. Dr. Singh values the trust his patients place in him, and feels privileged to help them through education, timely care, and excellent results. In his free time, Dr. Singh enjoys traveling with his son, flying, motorcycling, and cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers.
Dr. Theresa Thao
Dr. Thao completed her undergraduate degree at Brandeis University and received her medical degree from the De LaSalle University in Cavite, Philippines. She completed her residency in Family Medicine from University of Minnesota. Dr. Thao served as Secretary of the Philippine-Minnesotan Medical Association, a 501c(3) non-profit of physicians with ties to the Filipino community. She also serves as Treasurer for the Hmong Medical Association. She enjoys caring for her patients and their families as their healthcare advocate. In her daily work in primary care, Dr. Thao counsels preventive care, healthy eating, regular exercise, wellness, and the safe use of over-the-counter medications and personal care products.
Dr. Pramod Kelkar
Dr. Kelkar believes in practicing “whole person medicine” and takes an individualized/personalized approach to caring for patients. He completed his Allergy and Clinical Immunology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in 2001, and practiced for three years in Indianapolis before joining Allergy and Asthma Care in 2004. He was Assistant Professor of Medicine at both Mayo Clinic and Indiana University School of Medicine. He has served in several leadership positions in national organizations, including the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Kelkar is a sought-after speaker at national and international conferences, and has published extensively in both academic journals and medical textbooks. Dr. Kelkar enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, hiking, and everything outdoors. He has a passion for integrative/holistic/functional medicine, and nutrition and wellness.
Dr. Alejandra Decanini Mancera
Dr. Decanini earned her degree in Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota and then did a Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus at the Lions Children Clinic in Minneapolis. During residency, Dr. Decanini was the resident representative for her class and won the Teaching Award as well as the Harry Plotke award for clinical skills, compassion and concern for the patient. She specializes in young patients from premature babies to adolescents. She has a lot of experience with strabismus, or misaligned eyes and double vision, both in adults and kids. She was born and raised in Mexico and enjoys working with Spanish-speaking patients. Outside of work she enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing with her kids.
Dr. David Thao
Dr. Thao is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, an elite group of surgeons dedicated to the highest standards of patient care and surgical excellence. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brown University and received his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his general surgery residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI and received further training in plastic surgery in Akron, OH.
Dr. Thao has been named "Best Plastic Surgeon" by Readers' Choice, "Top Doctor" by Minneapolis St. Paul Magazine, "Best Doctor for Women" and "Best Minnesota Doctor" by Minnesota Monthly. He is a member of many professional organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Thao serves as the Board Chair for Hmong Medical Association.
Dr. Shary Vang
Dr. Vang received both her undergraduate and medical degrees from University of Minnesota. She completed a residency in Internal Medicine from Abbott Northwestern Hospital and served as a Chief Resident in Internal Medicine in 2011. Her goal as an internist is to empower her patients by providing them with the necessary tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve the best quality of life. She has a special interest in working with immigrants and refugees as her parents are both Hmong refugees. When Dr. Vang is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, huge extended family, and friends.
Dr. Joseph Kalugdan
Dr. Kalugdan completed his medical degree from the De LaSalle University in Cavite, Philippines. He completed his residency in Family Medicine from University of Minnesota. Dr. Kalugdan served as President of Philippine-Minnesotan Medical Association, a 501c(3) non-profit of physicians with ties to the Filipino community. He also serves as a Board Officer for the Hmong Medical Association. Dr. Kalugdan became a physician so that he could care for individual patients and watch them grow through the cycle of life. He strives to help them understand that their health also impacts the physical and mental well-being of their loved ones. Dr. Kalugdan works with his patients to ensure that they are active participants in their own care.
